Information signs fail when they hold details that change. Opening hours shift at Christmas, class times move each term, prices rise. Print the parts that stay fixed (house rules, Wi-Fi name, what to do on arrival, who to contact) and leave changeable details to a separate poster or a smaller board you can swap out. The board then stays accurate for years.

A gym in Hyde, Greater Manchester
