Where the slippery part starts

A community centre in Radcliffe has a smooth access ramp that gets slick whenever it rains, which in Bury borough is often. The sign belongs at the top and bottom of the ramp, where the surface changes, not on the front door. People who reach the door have already walked the risky bit. Another common slip is relying on a fold-out wet floor stand for a permanent problem. A stand is for a mopped floor; a fixed sign is for a surface that is always slippery when wet.
