Buy more, pay less each: 1 for £27.062 for £33.02 (£16.51 each)3 for £38.96 (£12.99 each)5 for £50.80 (£10.16 each)10 for £80.03 (£8.00 each)

The first one carries the setup cost, so extra copies work out cheaper.

Guests walk into a function room and look for the sign that tells them they are in the right place. A bold welcome board with the name, the occasion and a photo does that, and it becomes the backdrop for half the photos taken that night.

About this product

Check the names, then check again

Most party boards that need reprinting have one thing wrong: a misspelt name, the wrong age or last year's date. Read the wording aloud before you place the order and ask someone else to read it too. A person here checks the file for print problems such as low resolution or text too near the edge, but only you know how your nephew spells his name.

A graduation party in Fallowfield, Manchester

A Fallowfield family has booked a restaurant function room for their daughter's graduation. An A1 board on an easel at the entrance shows her photo in cap and gown with "Congratulations Amira" across the top. An A2 on the gift table thanks guests for coming. Using 5mm Foamex at A1 keeps the board flat on the easel all evening.

For a birthday at home, an A2 propped on a mantelpiece or table does the same job. For christenings and Eid parties, families often order a matching A3 for the cake table. All these boards are for indoor use.
