About this product

Aimed at the person unpacking the delivery

Rotation goes wrong at the moment of filling, not picking. A tired shelf-filler on a late delivery drops the new cases at the front because it is quicker. That is the point this sign has to catch, so fix it where the filling happens: on the back wall of a walk-in chiller, on the stockroom door the delivery comes through, or on the shelf edge of the busiest bay.

Staff often hang it in the back office next to the rota. Nobody filling a fridge reads the rota.

Apply it when the surface is clean, dry and at room temperature, ideally before the chiller goes back on. Condensation on the panel stops it bonding.
